All food products positioned for public sale require a food safety evaluation.  Primarily, this evaluation is governed by federal and state law and is food product/ingredient specific to whether USDA or FDA law will apply.  Come learn at this session what "family of products," FDA consider their responsibility to ensure a safe and wholesome food product.
